The meeting was called to order 4 p.m.
Present: Commissioners Miranda, Hernandez,
Alternates Commissioners Dewey, Banuelos and Evans.
Absent: Vice -Chair Whitlock, Commissioners Rocha -Vasquez, Garza,
Altemate Commissioners Yum, Salinas, Dison and Gonzalez

a. Adoption of the July 1, 2019 Youth Commission Minutes
Motion by Eric Miranda Regular Member Ward 4 to Approve.
Seconded by Genesis Hernandez Regular Member Ward 6.
Motion Passed.

a. Amending the Bylaws of the Bakersfield Youth Commission.
Staff recommends approval
