PUBLIC STATEMENTS None 3. SUMMARY REPORT a. Adoption of the November 4, 2019 Youth Commission Minutes Motion by Sadie Aleyna Young Regular Member Ward 3 to Approve. Seconded by Jasmine Garza Regular Member Ward 5. Motion Passed. 4. NEW BUSINESS a. Discuss potential Youth Commission project ideas. Brianna C. made comment on Commission project ideas, advising to have a plan before advertising the event. She also made comments about filming a public service announcement. Commissioner Young made comments about project ideas, and about the "Speak Out, Sing Out"event advertising. She also made comments on possibly doing a PSA on vaping and/ or littering. Commissioner Miranda made comments of the "Speak Out, Sing Out' event and also had questions about filming a PSA for one of the project ideas. 5. STAFF COMMENTS Deputy City Attorney, Viridiana Gallardo-Kng reiterated to the Commission that they need to reach out to their Councilmembers and Mayor to discuss possible topics for a PSA. Y 6.
