1. ROLL CALL
Present: Commissioners Dewey, Mizar, Baldovinos, Kakarla, Yum, Calley,
Morgan, and Bell
Absent: Commissioners Dison and Burrow.
2. PUBLIC STAT EMENTS
None
3. SUMMARY REPORT
a. Adoption of the January 25, 2021 Youth Commission Minutes Assistant
City Clerk Announced a Blue Memo correcting date of the December 7,
2020 meeting minutes.
Motion by Commissioner Morgan Second by Commissioner Yum
to Approve. Motion was unanimously approved with Commissioner
Bell abstaining.
4. NEW BUSINESS
a. Discussion & Vote on By Law Amendment.
Staff Recommended to amend the bylaw.
Motion by Commissioner Baldovinos second by
Commissioner Morgan to approve bylaw amendment. Motion is
unanimously approved
b. Discussion on Youth Commission PSA project.
Commissioner's made comments regarding topics for the PSA.
Staff member Nathan Gutierrez made comments and recommendations
regarding the PSA.
5. STAFF COMMENTS
Nathan Gutierrez welcomed new commissioner Emily Bell.
6. COMMISSION COMMENTS
Commissioners discussed finalizing PSA topics by next meeting.
