a. Adoption of the January 25, 2021 Youth Commission Minutes
Motion by Commissioner Morgan Second by Commissioner
Baldovinos to Approve. Motion was unanimously approved with
Commissioner Dison absent.
a. Adoption of the 2021 Youth Commission Meeting Calendar,
effective January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021.
Motion by Commissioner Morgan second by Commissioner Yum
to approve bylaw amendment. Motion is unanimously approved
with Commissioner Dison absent.
b. Outline PSA project.
C. Determination of the Youth Commissioner's roles and responsibilities for
PSA project
Nathan Gutierrez welcomed new commissioner Emily Bell.
6. COMMISSION COMMENTS
Commissioners discussed finalizing PSA topics by next meeting.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends adoption of the February 22, 2021 Youth Commission minutes.
BACKGROUND:
Due to several Youth Commissioners unable to attend the March 29, 2021 meeting, a quorum
was not established and therefore, the minutes from the February 22, 2021 meeting were not
reviewed and adopted.
