Regular Meeting -4:00 P.M.
1. ROLL CALL
Present Commissioners: Baldovinos, Dewey, Burrow, Yum, Morgan,
Altemate Commissioners: Bell (seated at 4:06pm) Calley, Mizar, and
Kakarla
Absent Dison
2. PUBLIC STATEMENTS
None.
3. SUMMARY REPORT
a. Adoption of the February 22, 2021 Youth Commission Minutes.
Motion by Commissioner Yum Second by Commissioner Burrow to Approve.
Motion was unanimously approved with Commissioner Dison absent.
b. Adoption of the March 29, 2021 Youth Commission Minutes.
Motion by Commissioner Yum Second by Commissioner M¢ar to Approve.
Motion was unanimously approved with Commissioner Dison absent.
4. NEW BUSINESS
a. Youth Commission meeting location change discussion and
vote. Staff recommends the Youth Commission vote to approve
moving the monthly meeting location from Council Chambers
at City Hall South, 1501 Truxtun Avenue to City Hall North, 1600
Truxtun Avenue, 1St Floor, Conference Room A.
Motion by Commissioner Morgan Second by Commissioner Kakarla
to Approve. Motion was unanimously approved with Commissioner
Dison absent.
b. Finalize PSA outline.
c. Discuss and finalize first -read script for PSA- Project.
Commission discussed the project filming. Commission requested a
special meeting be set in May.
5. STAFF COMMENTS
Nathan Gutierrez, CMO Staff confirmed that he will begin the
process of coordinating the room and staff for the Special Meeting.

Meeting adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
