EXPIRATIONOFPLANS ThissiteplanexpiresonFebruary22,2024(2yearsfromthedecisiondate),unlessbuildingpermitshavebeen issued,orwheretheusehascommencedonprojectsnotrequiringabuildingpermit.Theprojectmustbe completedwithin5yearsfromthedecisiondate.Ifthepropertyisrezoned,siteplanapprovalwillexpireupon theeffectivedatefortherezoningunlesstheuseispermittedinthenewzone.
