EXPIRATIONOFPLANS ThissiteplanexpiresonFebruary25,2024(2yearsfromthedecisiondate),unlessbuildingpermitshavebeenissued, orwheretheusehascommencedonprojectsnotrequiringabuildingpermit.Theprojectmustbecompletedwithin5 yearsfromthedecisiondate.Ifthepropertyisrezoned,siteplanapprovalwillexpireupontheeffectivedateforthe rezoningunlesstheuseispermittedinthenewzone. theexpirationdateuptoone(1)yearifyouresubmitnewplansforcheckagainst ThePlanningDirectormayextend thecoderequirementsineffectatthattimeandincludeawrittenrequestfortheextension.Wemustreceivethis request before expirationoftheprojectapproval.Wewillnotrequireafeeforthisextensionrequest;however, changestotheplansoriginallyapprovedforpurposesotherthancoderequirementsshallbesubjecttoanewsiteplan review,includingpaymentofallrequiredfees(SeeSection17.08.080.DoftheZoningOrdinance). ENVIRONMENTALDETERMINATION ThissiteplanreviewhasbeenfoundtobeexemptfromtheprovisionsoftheCaliforniaEnvironmentalQualityAct (CEQA)accordingtoSection15303.TheprojectisexemptbecauseitisaClass3projectconsistingofanew constructionofasmallstructuremeetingtheconditionsdescribedinSection15303.ANoticeofExemptionhas beenpreparedandisavailableforreviewatthePlanningDivision.
