EXPIRATIONOFPLANS Thissiteplanexpireson May5,2024(2yearsfromthedecisiondate),unlessbuildingpermitshavebeenissued, orwheretheusehascommencedonprojectsnotrequiringabuildingpermit.Theprojectmustbecompleted within5yearsfromthedecisiondate.Ifthepropertyisrezoned,siteplanapprovalwillexpireupontheeffective datefortherezoningunlesstheuseispermittedinthenewzone.
