We were going to do the steps to get the permit updated for our new security gate, but the link below is not working. Is there another link/route to do the steps needed to update the permit? To place the fence at the back of the pillars this can be done with an Encroachment Permit (EP), see attached link to application. 5 httr s: ct ntent.civic lus.corr7 a i assets 343cci6a-5d13-44cb-adOf-deddafd9c130?cache=1800 So based on your pits and measurement the pillars are in the road right of way which would have required an EP. So I took a look at old EPs and there were two previously approved at this address. One for the pillars and footings, apvd in the early 80s probably when the building was constructed, and one for the trees and grates along L & 22 Streets, in 1986. So what we can do is a rider to add the fence to the pillars and footing EP. The fee would be $28 instead of the $575 for a new permit. I would also like to update the property/building owner information and insurance certificates for both existing permits. Please fill out page 2, the Encroachment Permit Application Form only and return with insurance certificates and the rider fee. See the bottom of the page for the form for insurance amounts for commercial property and additional insured information. I have attached samples of the insurance certificate with additional insured and additional inured endorsement. Insurance of an EP is Commercial Liability only, no auto or workers comp. Also I have attached your photo, please provide the distances shown so that we can determine if there is sufficient ADA access prior to approval. If you have any questions please let me know. We were going to do the steps to get the permit updated for our new security gate, but the link below is not working. Is there another link/route to do the steps needed to update the permit? To place the fence at the back of the pillars this can be done with an Encroachment Permit (EP), see attached link to application. https://content.civicplus.com/api/assets/343cc76a-5dl3-44cb-adOf-deddafd9cl30?cache=1800 So based on your pics and measurement the pillars are in the road right of way which would have required an EP.
