DISABILITY RETIREMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE
FOR SAFETY MEMBERS
OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Disability Retirement Review Committee for
Safety Members of the City of Bakersfield will hold a special meeting for the purpose
of considering an application for industrial disability retirement on Wednesday, July 6,
2022 at 9:00 A.M., in Conference Room A, located of City Hall North, Ist Floor, 1600
Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California. The agenda is as follows:

3. Closed session to consider the application of industrial
disability retirement of: Police Officer Kail Rogers;
