EXPIRATIONOFPLANS Thissiteplanexpireson July26,2024(2yearsfromthedecisiondate),unlessbuildingpermitshavebeenissued,or wheretheusehascommencedonprojectsnotrequiringabuildingpermit.Theprojectmustbecompletedwithin5 yearsfromthedecisiondate.Ifthepropertyisrezoned,siteplanapprovalwillexpireupontheeffectivedateforthe rezoningunlesstheuseispermittedinthenewzone.
