COVENANT DISCLOSING INCLUSION IN MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
THIS COVENANT is executed on this �_ day of AJAZI91
19�, by Stine Road Developers (hereinafter, "Owner"), in
connection with Maintenance District No. 3, Division 1, located in
the City of Bakersfield, California.
The real property described above is located within
Maintenance District No. 3, Division 1, and will be assessed for
maintenance of public landscaping and park improvements on public
rights -of -way within the district.
Although this property may have been assessed a lesser amount
in the present tax year, the ultimate estimated annual assessment
for maintenance of public landscaping and park improvements within
this division, based on full buildout of the division is $115.00
per single family dwelling, based on 1993 dollars and labor costs
of the division.
This covenant may not be amended or modified without the
written prior approval of the City of Bakersfield. This covenant
shall run with the land.
