ALL GRADING SHALL CONFORM WITH APPENDIX J OF THE CALIFORNIA 19, COMPACTION TESTS SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUILDING CODE AND STANDARDS PERTAINING THEREOF AND PREUMINARY DEVELOPER/ SUBDIVIDER/ CONTRACTOR. THE NUMBER AND SOILS REPORT BY KRAZAN & ASSOCIATES, DATED JULY 23, 2018. LOCATION OF REQUIRED TESTS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE CITY ENGINEER. 2. THE DESIGN ENGINEER SHALL EXERCISE SUFFICIENT SUPERVISOR CONTROL DURING GRADING AND CONSTRUCTION TO INSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE 20.
