AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 2.68.010 OF
THE BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
MONTHLY SALARY OF COUNCILMEMBERS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of

Section 2.68.010
hereby amended to read as
the City of Bakersfield
SECTION 1.
of the Bakersfield Municipal Code is

2.68.010 Monthly salary.
The salary of councilmembers

SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in effect from and after the date
the City Council adopts a resolution accepting the canvass of
record of the Special Municipal Election of November 6, 1990, sub-
mitted to the Council by the County Clerk of the County of Kern,
and determining and declaring the results of said election, pro-
vided that the voters have approved Measure "K" at such election.
