The real property herein described is located within Street Tier 1 and Park Tier 1 of the
Consolidated Maintenance District, and may be assessed for maintenance of public landscaping on public
rights -of -way within the district.
Although this property may have been assessed a lesser amount in the present tax year, the
ultimate estimated annual assessment for maintenance of public landscaping based on full buildout of this:
