To whom it may concern,
Please be advised that AT&T has no facilities in the proposed fence location to be placed in the
Public Right of Way located on the East side of Oaks St as shown in Exhibit A below. The
proposed fence location will not unreasonably interfere with the free and complete exercise of
any easement(s) held by Pacific Bell Telephone Company, a California Corporation doing
Business as AT&T California within the highlighted section of Exhibit B below.
This letter should not be construed as a subordination of the Company’s right, title, and
interest in and to said easement(s), nor should this letter be construed as a waiver of any of the
provisions contained in said easement(s).
