As part of the agreement, the County will reimburse the City up to $1.3 million each year over three years. The City's team will respond to locations in unincorporated metro areas, but only within the borders of the public street. The City's team will not respond to reports on private property. Private property owners in the unincorporated metro area will still need to remove grafti from within their private property. Grafti removal service requests can be submitted to the City through the Bakerseld Mobile App. The app is free to download and is available on Android and Apple devices.
