AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION
17.10.075 TO THE BAKERSFIELD
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATIN~ TO "E"
(ESTATE O~E FAMILY DWELLING)
ZONE.
BE IT ORDAINKD by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 17.10.075 is hereby added to Chapter 17.10 of
the Bakersfield Municipal Code as follows:
17.10.075
E (Estate One Family Dwelling) Zone.
All permitted uses and regulations in the E (Estate One
Family Dwelling) Zone shall be the same as the R-1 Zone, except
that the minimum lot area shall not be less than ten thousand
square feet.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the
City Charter provisions and shall become effective thirty (30)
days from and after the date of its passage.
