AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY

BE IT ORDAIN~D by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
Section 4.04.010 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
4.04.010 Boundaries of the First Ward. The boundaries
of the First Ward are hereby amended to read as follows:

The City Limit Line referenced in the descriptions of
the various ward boundaries shall be that corporate boundary of

ordinance.
SECTION 9.
This orHinance shall be posted in accordance with the
City Charter provisions and shall become effective Thirty (30)
days from and after the date of its passage.
