This letter will serve as notification that the fire alarm system at the above address will be cancelled due effective 04/30/2023. They will no longer be monitored by Alpha Technologies
& Alarm systems, Inc (NFPA 72 10.20.3.) The communication method for the fire alarm systems signal transmission was a cellular communication device by M2M (MQ03-LTE-M-FIRE-AV) and will
retrieve this device on Monday, May 1st, 2023. At this time, we are relinquishing our oversight and any liability of the fire alarm system at the above address.
