3. ADOPTION OF THE OCTOBER 27, 2022, AGENDA SUMMARY REPORT
Motion by Councilmember Freeman to adopt the October 27, 2022, Agenda Summary
Report. Motion unanimously approved.
4. NEW BUSINESS
A. Approval of 2023 Committee Calendar.
Motion by Councilmember Freeman to approve meetings for same day as Planning
Development Committee meetings at 10 am. Motion unanimously approved.
Committee Discussion and Recommendation regarding Legislative Platform.
The Committee discussed and provided direction.
Motion by Councilmember Freeman to forward the proposed state legislative platform
with Committee's recommended edits to City Council for consideration at the
February 22, 2023, Council Meeting. Motion unanimously approved.
5. COMMITTEE COMMENTS
Councilmember Freeman thanked staff for their efforts and work.
