ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION E, OF SECTION
16.32.060 OF THE BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATIVE To FEES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PLANNED
SANITARY SEWER FACILITIES PURSUANT TO ADOPTED
PLANS, OR CONNECTION TO SANITARY SEWER
FACILITIES, AND ADDING REFERENCE TO PLANS
ADOPTED FOR JEWETTA PLANNED SEWER AREA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 16.32.060 E of the Bakersfield Municipal Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
16.32.060 Improvements in Subdivisions for Which Final
MaD is ReQuired.
E. Sewer Facilities - Payment of Fees Required. Prior
to filing any final map or parcel map, the Subdivider/Property
Owner shall pay or cause to be paid any fees for defraying the
actual or estimated costs of constructing planned sanitary sewer
facilities for local sanitary sewer areas pursuant to sanitary
sewer plans adopted by the Council, or connection to sanitary sewer
facilities therefor in accordance with Article 5 of Chapter 4 of
Division 2 of Title 7 of the California Government Code (Section
66483 et seq.):

SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the
City Charter provisions and shall become effective thirty (30) days
from and after the date of its passage.
