AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION D OF
SECTION 2.04.150 OF THE BAKERSFIELD
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ORDINANCES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
Subsection D of Section 2.04.150 of the Bakersfield
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
2.04.150 Ordinances, resolutions motions and contracts.
D. All ordinances, at least one week prior to adoption,
shall be placed on a city council
