AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION
5.10.160 AND SUBSECTION B. OF
SECTION 5.50.330 OF THE BAKERSFIELD
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE
VIOLATION-PENALTY PROVISIONS IN
TITLE 5 (BUSINESS TAXES, LICENSES
AND REGULATIONS).
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakers-
field as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 5.10.160 and Subsection B. of Section 5.50.330
of the Bakersfield Municipal Code relating to the violation
penalty provisions in Title 5 (Business Taxes, Licenses and
Regulations) are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the
Bakersfield Municipal Code and shall become effective thirty (30)
days from and after the date of its passage.
