AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 5.04
OF THE BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO THE BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT TAX.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakers-
field as follows:
SECTION 1.
Chapter 5.04 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code relating
to the Business Improvement District Tax is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the
Bakersfield Municipal Code provisions and shall become effective
on June 30, 1992, but shall in no event become effective less
than thirty (30) days after the date of its passage.
