Vice Mayor DeMond announced she would be
leaving by 1:30 p.m. and McDermott would be
presiding until her return.
DEPARTMENT BUDGET PRESENTATIONS
General Government
Assistant city Manager Stinson provided an
overview, slide presentation and
distributed written material on proposed
budgets for Mayor, City Council, City
Manager, City Clerk, Human Resources, and
Risk Manager; and introduced Management
Information Services Director Trammell, who
provided the proposed budget for MIS.
Finance
Finance Director Klimko provided an
overview and slide presentation on the
proposed budget for Finance Department; and
distributed written material.
Vice Mayor DeMond was absent at 1:10 p.m.
City Attorney
City Attorney Skousen introduced Chief
Assistant City Attorney Sherfy who provided
an overview of the City Attorney's Office
proposed budget and distributed written
material.

Water Resources
Water Resources Manager Bogart provided an
overview, slide presentation and
distributed written material; and
introduced Water Resources Director Core,
who provided an overview of Agricultural
Water; and Water Superintendent Hauptman,
who provided an overview of Domestic Water.
Vice Mayor DeMond returned at 2:17 p.m.
