3. ADOPTION OF THE JUNE 26, 2023, AGENDA SUMMARY REPORT
Motion to adopt the JUNE 26, 2023, Agenda Summary Report by
Committee Member Arias. Motion approved with Committee member
Weir absent.
4. NEW BUSINESS
a. City's Procurement policy update
(Staff recommends Committee direction on future modifications to the
policy.)
Assistant City Manager Gary Hallen discussed the City's Procurement policy
update.
Chelsea Ritchie with Moss Adams discussed enterprise risk assessment
findings.
Motion by Committee Member Gonzales to move forward with raising
the procurement amount to City Council, based on analysis, between
$ 700-200k. Motion approved with Committee Member Weir absent.
Administrative Analyst Juan Heredia gave a presentation on Bidding
Exceptions.
Assistant City Manager Gary Hallen discussed Bidding Exceptions.
Motion by Committee Member Gonzales to increase in tandem with
the procurement threshold. Motion approved with Committee Member
Weir absent.
