HomeMy WebLinkAboutCUP No. 23-0581 9320 Hageman Rd.(:J BAKERSFIELD THE SOUND OF&� 8e«_er NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2024, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA to consider the following: Conditional Use Permit 23-0581. Randy Hoffman, property owner, is requesting a conditional use permit to allow on-site alcohol sales in a new restaurant (Bakersfield Municipal Code 17.20.040A.16.) on approximately 2.08 acres in the C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) zone district, located at 9620 Hageman Road. A Notice of Exemption will also be considered. (Ward 4) All written comments must be received by the Bakersfield Planning Division, 1715 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield; (661) 326-3733 on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above. You may review and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the Planning Division.
