AN ORDINANCEADDING SECTIO~
13.04.075 TO THE BAKERSFIELD
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
MAI~'£~ANCE DISTRICTS.
BE IT ORDAIN~u by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 13.04.075 is hereby added to the Bakersfield
Municipal Code to read as follows:
13.04.075 Costs of formation.
If the formation of a maintenance district is required as
a condition of approval of a subdivision map, the applicant shall
pay all costs associated with the formation of the district, as set
forth in Section 3.70.040. All such fees shall be paid prior to
recordation of the final map.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the
Bakersfield Municipal Code and shall become effective thirty (30)
days from and after the date of its passage.
