NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or as
soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on THURSDAY, February 15, 2024, in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Extension of Time for Vesting Tentative Parcel Map 12251 (Phased): McIntosh &
Associates requests an extension of time for Vesting Tentative Parcel Map 12251
consisting of 9 commercial parcels in a C-2/PCD (Regional Commercial/Planned
Commercial Development) zone and one designated remainder in an R-2 (Limited
Multiple Family Dwelling) zone on 32.01 acres located at the northeast corner of Panama
Lane and Old River Road in southwest Bakersfield. A finding that the Extension of Time is
exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act will also be considered. (Ward 5)
All written comments must be received by the Bakersfield Planning Department, 1715 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield; 661-326-3733 on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above.
You may review and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the Planning Department. If you challenge the action taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing
only those issues raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Bakersfield.
