AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO RESOLUTION NO. 052-23
APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE BLUE AND WHITE COLLAR
UNITS AND ADOPTING SALARY SCHEDULE AND
RELATED BENEFITS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 052-23 sets salaries and related benefits for
employees of the Blue and White Collar Units.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
that effective immediately following Council action, the Salary Schedule, a part of the
Resolution No. 052-23 is hereby amended as follows:
1. Resolution No. 052-23 is hereby amended by adding the following class titles
to the Blue and White Collar Units:

2. Effective immediately, Article 28 attached to Resolution No. 52-23,
titled "Tool Allowance" is hereby amended for Equipment Mechanics
and Fleet Service Worker I and II to read as follows:
Fleet Equipment Mechanic I up to $700.00
Fleet Equipment Mechanic II and III up to $800.00
Fleet Service Woker I and II up to $450.00
3. Except as amended herein, all other provisions of Resolution No. 52-23,
together with amendatory resolutions, remain in full force and effect.
