(seated at 4:46 p.m.), Pursel, Brar
Commissioners Absent: Resolme, Beardsley, Batth, Nahama,Tran

3. SUMMARY REPORT
a. Adoption of the May 22, 2023,Youth Commission meeting minutes
Motion by Commissioner Tarango to approve the minutes of the
May 22,2023, meeting,seconded by Webster. Motion unanimously
approved.
b. Adoption of the April 24, 2023, Youth Commission meeting minutes
Motion by commissioner Webster to approve the minutes from the
April 24,2023, meeting,seconded by Kakaria.
4. NEW BUSINESS
a. Complete Youth Commission recruitment video to be used on the City
of Bakersfield's social media platforms.
5. STAFF COMMENTS
Management Assistant Gutierrez reminded the Commissioners who are
seniors or who are not planning to serve on the Commission next year to
turn in their resignation letters.
Deputy City Attorney Villanueva thanked the commissioners for their participation.
6. COMMISSION COMMENTS
Commissioner Bell thanked everyone for their participation in making the
recruitment video.
7. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:42 p.m.
