Inland Architects, representing Pomelo Trust LA LLC, Michael Hariri, is requesting a conditional use permit for the development of multi-family housing with 2 one-bedroom units and 2 studio apartments (B.M.C. 17.22.040.2) on a 0.17-acre parcel zoned C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) located at the southwest corner of Kentucky Street and Gage Street. A Notice of Exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act has been prepared. (Ward 2) All written comments must be received by the Planning Division. located at 1715 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield CA, on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above.
