Porter & Associates, Inc., representing Jacaranda Hood, LLC (property owner), is requesting a revised Planned Development Review to propose a 25,060 square-foot physical fitness center on a portion of 12.62 acres in the C-2/PCD (Regional Commercial/Planned Commercial Development) zone district, located at the southwest corner of Hosking Avenue and Hughes Lane. A Notice of Exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act has been prepared. (Ward 7) All written comments must be received by the Bakersfield Planning Division, 1 715 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield; (661) 326-3733 on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above. You may review and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the Planning Division. If you challenge the action taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Bakersfield.
