Continue discussion and planning the annual project for FY 2023-2024 between the
Youth Commission and Kern Community Foundation collaboration for the Give Big
Kern at the Park campaign on April 20, 2024 at Riverwalk Park.
Staff recommends continuing discussion on yearly project.
