AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO RESOLUTION NO. 046-02
APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE BLUE
AND WHITE COLLAR UNITS AND ADOPTING SALARY
SCHEDULE AND RELATED BENEFITS FOR PARTS
AND INVENTORY SPECIALIST
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 046-02 sets salaries and related benefits for
employees of the Blue and White Collar Units.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that effective immediately following Council action, the Salary Schedule, a
part of the Resolution No. 046-02 is hereby amended as follows:
1. Resolution No. 046-02 is hereby amended by deleting the following
class title in the White Collar Unit:
24340 A Automotive Parts Specialist I
12.921 13.563 14.239
14.946 15.698
2. Resolution No. 046-02 is hereby amended by adding the following
class title in the White Collar Unit:
24340 A Pads and Inventory Specialist
12.921 13.563 14.239
14.946 15.698
