Scope of work:
Remove and replace all dispensers, UDCs, product piping, vapor return piping, and
conduit from dispensing area under canopy to UST piping sumps. Replace the
existing Veeder Root TLS-350 with a new TLS-450.

Proposed timeline:
*Based on new UDC shipping date of 05/20/24 from manufacturer
June 3rd: Close site, remove fuel island equipment, and blow back lines to the USTs.
June 3rd – 7th: Sawcut, breakout, and remove concrete.
June 10th – 14th: Excavate and remove existing UDCs and piping. Conduct soil sampling as
required.
June 17th – 21st: Set UDCs, run conduit, and install TLS.
June 24th – July 5th: Install UDC fittings, run Brugg piping, connect to existing turbines.
Perform primary and secondary backfill inspections and testing.
July 8th – 19th: Backfill, concrete, and concrete cure time.
July 22nd – 26th: Set dispensers, purge, and calibrate.
July 29th – August 2nd: Perform final testing with BFD and SJVAPCD
