NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or as
soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on THURSDAY, June 6, 2024, in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7468 (Phased): Porter & Associates, Inc., representing
Bolthouse Land Company, LLC is proposing to subdivide 37.5 1 acres into 104 single-family
residential lots, a water well site lot, and 3 landscape lots in an R-1 (One-Family Dwelling)
zone located at the southwest corner of South Wegis Avenue and Stockdale Ranc h Drive
in west Bakersfield. The project in.eludes a request for alternate lot and street design, and
waiver of mineral rights signatures pursuant to BMC 16.20.060.A. l. Use of a previously
certified EIR will also be considered. (Ward 5)
All written comments must be received by the Bakersfield Planning Department, 1715 Chester
Avenue, Bakersfield; 661-326-3733 on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above.
You may review and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the Planning Department. If
you challenge the action taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing
only those issues raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City
of Bakersfield.
