Meeting
Motion by Board Member Lundquist, seconded by APPROVED
Board Member Smith, for approval of minutes.
5. NEW BUSINESS
A. Election of Officers
Motion by Board Member Smith, seconded by Board APPROVED
Member Lundquist to elect Board Member Palla as
Chair.
Motion by Board Member Lundquist, seconded by APPROVED
Chairman Palla to elect Board Member Smith as Vice
Chair.
B. Correspondence Received (City Clerk,
Maldonado)
None.
C. Finance Updates (McKeegan, Beard)
i. Receive and File Financial Report
Daniel Maldonado, Assistant Water
Resources Director, made staff
comments.
Motion by Board Member Lundquist, seconded by APPROVED
Board Member Smith, to receive and file the financial
report.
