NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or as
soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on THURSDAY, JUNE 20, 2024, in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Revised Planned Development Review 22-0330. Eukon Group has requested a revised
planned development review to construct a new 55-foot camouflaged wireless
telecommunication facility with ancillary equipment (B.M.C. 17.59.020.B.) in the C-2/P.C.D.
(Regional Commercial I Planned Commercial Development) zone district, located at the
northeast corner of Jewetta Avenue and Olive Drive. A Notice of Exemption from the
California Environmental Quality Act has been prepared. (Ward 4)
All written comments must be received by the Bakersfield Planning Division, located at 17 15
Chester Avenue, Bakersfield, CA 93301 on or before the public hearing date/time indicated
above. You may review and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the Planning Division.
If you challenge the action taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to
addressing only those issues raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered
to the City of Bakersfield.
