NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or as
soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. on THURSDAY, June 20, 2024, in the Council
Chambers of City Hall. 1501 Truxtun Avenue. Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Western Rosedale Specific Trails Plan Amendment No. 24-0227: Porter & Associates. Inc ..
representing Bolthouse Land Company, LLC is proposing a Specific Plan Amendment (SPA)
on property located at the southwest corner of South Wegis Avenue and Stockdale Ranch
Drive in west Bakersfield. The request includes an amendment to the Western Rosedale
Specific Trails Plan to eliminate the equestrian trail alignment within the Stockdale River
Ranch Project area. A finding that the SPA is exempt from the California Environmental
Quality Act will a lso be considered (Word 5).
All written comments must be received by the Bakersfield Planning Department. 1715 Chester
Avenue, Bakersfield; 66 l-326-3733 on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above.
You may review and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the Planning Department. If
you challenge the action taken on a specific project in court. you may be limited to addressing
only those issues raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City
of Bakersfield.
