Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following: Western Rosedale Specific Trails Plan Amendment No. 24-0227: Porter & Associates. Inc .. representing Bolthouse Land Company, LLC is proposing a Specific Plan Amendment (SPA) on property located at the southwest corner of South Wegis Avenue and Stockdale Ranch Drive in west Bakersfield. The request includes an amendment to the Western Rosedale Specific Trails Plan to eliminate the equestrian trail alignment within the Stockdale River Ranch Project area. A finding that the SPA is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act will a lso be considered (Word 5).
