NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or as
soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. on THURSDAY, JUNE 20, 2024, in the Council
Chambers of City Hall. 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Extension of Time for Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7381 (Phased): McIntosh and
Associates, representing Daryl C. Nicholson. et. al. (property owner). requests an
extension of time for Vesting Tenta tive Tract 7381 consisting of 57 multifamily residential
lots on 16.89 acres, zoned R-2 (Limited Multiple Family Dwelling) zone located north of
Panama Lane and along the east side of Old River Road in southwest Bakersfield. A
finding that the Extension of Time is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act
will also be considered. (Ward 5)
All written comments must be received by the Bakersfield Planning Department. 1715 Chester
Avenue, Bakersfield; 661 -326-3733 on or before the public hearing date/time indicated above.
You may review and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the Planning Department. If
you challenge the action taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing
only those issues raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City
of Bakersfield.
