3. Adoption of the November 8, 2023, Special and December 7, 2023, Regular Agenda
Summary Reports.
Motion by Councilmember Gonzales to adopt the November 8, 2023, Special and
December 7, 2023, Regular Agenda Summary Reports. Motion unanimously approved.
4. NEW BUSINESS
A. Review and approval of 2024 Federal Legislative Program.
Assistant to the City Manager Valdez provided staff update.
Mark Dedrick and Terry Huebert, Summit Strategies, made comments and
presented a report.
4. NEW BUSINESS continued
Councilmember Kaur requested an update regarding a support letter for the
Low -Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) Establishment Act.
Motion by Councilmember Gonzales to receive and approve the Federal Legislative
Program for City Council action. Motion unanimously approved.
5. COMMITTEE COMMENTS
None.
