Motion by Commissioner Bittle, seconded by Commissioner Bashirtash,
to approve Consent Calendar Non-Public Hearing Item 4.a, with staff
recommendation. Motion approved.
CONSENT PUBLIC HEARINGS
a. a. Extension of Time for Vesting Tentative Tract Map 6433: Porter and
Associates is requesting an extension of time for this vesting
tentative tract consisting of 22 single-family residential lots (9 acres)

Extension of Time for Vesting Tentative Tract Map 6730 (Phased):
McIntosh & Associates is requesting an extension of time for this
vesting tentative tract consisting of 72 residential lots and 1
drainage basin on 19.99 acres; and 1 commercial lot, 1 designated
remainder, and 1 drill island on 19 .99 acres ,located north of
Paladino Drive, east and west of Rivani Drive. Notice of Exemption
on file. Staff recommends approval.
Extension of Time for Tentative Parcel Map 12327: Dewalt
Corporation is requesting an extension of time for this tentative
parcel map consisting of 4 parcels on 12 acres for future
commercial development located at the southeast corner of
Hosking Avenue and South "H" Street. Notice of Exemption on file.
Staff recommends approval.
Conditional Use Permit No. 22-0079. CRM Architects & Planners is
requesting a conditional use permit to allow a 2,200 square foot
restaurant with a drive-thru ( 17.22.040.A. l 7) in the C-1
(Neighborhood Commercial Zone) district, located at 4676 Ming
Avenue. Notice of Exemption on file. Staff recommends approval.
Conditional Use Permit 22-0204: Alejandro Rivera is requesting a
conditional use permit to allow two (2) duplexes in the C-2
(Regional Commercial Zone) district located at 242 and 244 Dr.
Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard. Notice of Exemption on file.

COMMUNICATIONS
Planning Director Johnson had an update on the community outreach
sessions that have been hosted for the General Plan Update. He asked
the Commission to plan on attending stakeholder meetings in the
upcoming weeks. Planning Director Johnson also introduced, Shannon
Clark, Civil Engineer II, as the new staff representative for the Building
Department The next meeting will be September 15, 2022.

There being no further business, Chair Cater adjourned the meeting at
