recommendation.

WORKSHOPS
Bakersfield Municipal Code Chapter 17.66 (Hillside Development
Combining Zone): Workshop on HD zone district relating to the
preservation and maintenance of hillsides as a scenic resource of the
City and to protect the general public from the threat of wildfire, hillside
instability and landslides (Louis Ramirez, Associate Planner II).
COMMUNICATIONS
Planning Director Johnson informed the Commission that the next
meeting will be held on November 3, 2022. There will also be additional
announcements about proposed reorganization in the Planning
Division.
COMMISSION COMMENTS
None.
10. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Commissioner Koman adjourned the
meeting at 5:48 p.m.
