Extension of Time for Revised VTTM 6617 (Phased): McIntosh & RES NO 122-22 Associates requests an extension of time for Revised Vesting Tentative Tract Map 6617 subdividing 248.16 acres into 49 lots for a master planned mixed-use development, and 10 non-build able lots for landscaping and private streets, located on the east and west sides of Coffee Road, generally north of Brimhall Road and south of Rosedale Highway (SR 58), known as "Bakersfield Commons" Project.
