recommendation. Motion approved with Vice-Chair Bashirtash and
Commissioner Bittle absent.

a. Extension of Time for Vesting Tentative Tract 6860 (Phased): McIntosh
& Associates requests an extension of time for Vesting Tentative Tract
Map 6860 consisting of 268 single family residential lots on 69 .90 acres
located near the northwest corner of Gosford Road and State
Highway 119 (Taft Highway). Notice of Exemption on file.
b. Extension of Time for Vesting Tentative Tract 7136 (Phased): McIntosh
& Associates requests an extension of time for Vesting Tentative Tract
Map 7136 consisting of 137 single family residential lots on 36.98 acres
located at the northwest corner of Mccutchen Road and Progress
Road. Notice of Exemption on file.
c. Extension of Time for Conditional Use Permit 20-0087: Lane Engineers,
Inc. requests an extension of time for Conditional Use Permit 20-0087

d. Conditional Use Permit 22-0160: The Whisky requests a conditional
use permit to allow a Cocktail Lounge ( 17.24.040.A.8) in a C-2
(Regional Commercial) zone district, located at 9600 Retail Drive
Suites 100 and 101. Notice of exemption on file.
e. Conditional Use Permit 22-0188: Consolidated Entertainment, LLC
requests a conditional use permit to allow serving of alcohol at an existing
movie theater (Reading Cinemas) (17.24.040.A.17) in a C-2 (Regional
Commercial) zone district, located at 2000 Wible Road. Notice of
Exemption on file.
f. Planned Development Review 21-0322: James Marino requests a
planned development review to allow a 66-unit multi-family
residential community in the R-2/PUD (Limited Multiple Family
Dwelling/Planned Unit Development) zone district and a self-storage
facility in the C-2/PCD(Regional Commercial/Planned Commercial
Development) zone district, located at 7100 South H Street.

(Agriculture) to C-2/PCD (Regional Commercial/Planned
Commercial Development); and (3) a planned development review
for development of a truck rental and self-storage facility in the C-

Motion by Commissioner Koman, seconded by Commissioner Lomas, to
approve Consent Public Hearing Items 5.a., 5.b., 5.c., 5.f., and 5.g. and

approved with Vice-Chair Bashirtash and Commissioner Bittle absent.

for landscaping and private streets, located on the east and west
sides of Coffee Road, generally north of Brimhall Road and south of

requests to subdivide 90.59 acres into 16 parcels and 1 sump in the
M-1 (Light Manufacturing) and PCD (Planned Commercial
Development) zone districts located near the northwest corner of
Hosking Road and South H Street. A previously certified
Environmental Impact Report on file.
