Extension of Time Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7252 (Phased): RES NO 01-23 McIntosh & Associates is requesting an extension of time for Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7252 consisting of 50 multi-family residential lots, and a designated remainder on 32 acres located at the southwest corner of Seventh Standard Road and Shane Street. Planned Commercial Development 22-0320: McIntosh & RES NO 07-23 Associates is requesting a planned commercial development review to allow an approximate 346,500 square foot retail and commercial center in the C-2/PCD (Regional Commercial/Planned Commercial Development zone) district, located at 3000 Mall View Road. Addendum to Mitigated Negative Declaration on file. Staff report given. Public hearing open. Duane Keathley spoke in favor. Josh Taylor, representing union labor, spoke in opposition. Rebuttal given in favor by Duane Keathley. No rebuttal in opposition. Public hearing closed. Commission deliberated. Motion by Commissioner Lomas, seconded by Commissioner Bittle, to approve Item 6.a. with revisions to Conditions I1.B.9, I1.E.1, and I1.E.2. to address outdoor sales, require additional sidewalks along Mall View Road, and require curb cuts for direct pedestrian access across driveways, respectively. Motion approved with Commissioner Neal absent. COMMUNICATIONS There will be a regular meeting on February 2, 2023. There will also be a Housing Element Workshop on April 26. 2023. COMMISSION COMMENTS Congratulations to Commissioner Wade on his new baby!
