Motion by Commissioner Bashirtash, seconded by Commissioner Bittle, to approve Consent Calendar Non-Public Hearing Item 4.a. Motion approved with Commissioner Wade absent and Commissioner Neal abstaining. ACTION TAKEN APPROVED WADE ABSENT AND NEAL ABSTAINING 1 5. 6. CONSENT PUBLIC HEARINGS a. Extension of Time for Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7142 (Phased): McIntosh & Associates requests an extension of time for Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7142 consisting of 214 single-family residential lots on 80.21 gross acres, zoned E (Estate), located at the southeast corner of Palm Avenue and Rudd Avenue. Notice of Exemption on file. b. Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7405 (Phased): Porter and Associates, Inc. is proposing to subdivide 46.18 acres into 202 single-family residential lots located at the northwest corner of East Panama Lane and Cottonwood Road. Addendum to Mitigated Negative Declaration on file. Public hearing open and closed. Motion by Commissioner Neal, seconded by Vice-Chair Bashirtash, to approve Consent Public Hearing Item 5.a., and per Planning Director's memorandum move Item 5.b. to Non-Consent Public Hearings as 6.b and continue to the meeting of February 16, 2023. Motion approved with Commissioner Wade absent. NON-CONSENT PUBLIC HEARINGS ACTION TAKEN RES NO 08-23 MOVED TO NON-CONSENT PUBLIC HEARINGS APPROVED WADE ABSENT a. Conditional Use Permit 21-0344: Swanson Engineering is requesting RES NO 09-23 a conditional use permit to allow expansion of a trucking yard (17.28.030), addition of a truck repair shop, and two-story office in the M-1 (Light Manufacturing) zone district located at 402 East Pacheco Road. An addendum to the Mitigated Negative Declaration on file. Staff report given. Public hearing open. Bob Swanson spoke in favor. No opposition or rebuttal provided. Commission deliberated. Motion by Vice-Chair Bashirtash, seconded by Commissioner Bittle, to approve Item 6.a. with recommended conditions of approval and deletion of conditions 5.c. & 5.d. Motion approved with Commissioner Wade absent. b.
