ALL OTHERS WISHING TO SPEAK BEFORE THE CO~MISSION SHALL FILL OUT A SPEAKER'S CARD AND PRESENT IT~TO THE SECRETARY PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF THE MEETING. NOTICE OF RIGHT TO APPEAL _.Planning Commission decisions on Zone Changes, Site Plan Reviews, Parcel Maps and Tentative Subdivision Maps are subject to appeal by any Person aggrieved. No permit shall be issued for any use involved in an-application until after the final acceptance date of appeal° Such appeal must be filed in writing within 10 days from date of hearing, addressed to the City Council, c/o Office of the City Clerk, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA 93301. A $275 non- refundable filing fee must be included with filing of the initial appeal. ~If all appeals are withdrawn prior to the City Council hearing, it will not be conducted and the project may go forward. If no appeal is received within the specified time period or if all appeals filed-are withdrawn, the action of the Planning Commission shall become final. Group vote IC HEARINGS - TENTATIVE PARCEL MAPS 1) TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 9463 (PORTER-ROBERTSON) (Continued from the 9/21/90 meeting) Located on the northeast corner of Coffee Road and Brimhall Road. Contains one parcel on .87 acres, zoned M-2. (Categorically exempt) Group vote 2) iTENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 9482 (MARTIN-McINTOSH) Located on the south side of Schirra Court~ approximately 2i00 feet west of Ashe Road. Contains 11 parcels on 13.72 acres, zoned M-2-D. (Negative declaration on file) Group Vote 5. PUBLIC HEARING - TENTATIVE TRACT 1) TENTATIVE TRACT 5396 (TELSTAR ENGINEERING) Located-on the south side of Hosking Avenue, approximately 474 feet east of South "H" Street. Contains 167 lots on 40 acres, zoned A (Exclusive Agriculture). Proposed as R-1. Applicant also requested modification to allow the reduction of minimum lot widths from 60 feet to 55 feet.
