NOTICE OF RIGHT TO APPEAL Planning Commission decisions on Zone Changes, Site'Plan Reviews, Parcel Maps and Tentative Subdivision Maps are subject to appeal by any person aggrieved. No permit shall be issued for any use involved in an applica'tion until after the final acceptance date of appeal. Such appeal must be filed in writing within 10 days from date of hearing, addressed to the City Council, c/o Office of the City clerk, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA 93301. A $275 non- refundable filing fee must be included with filing of the initial appeal. If all appeals are withdrawn prior to the City Council h~aring, it will not be conducted and the project may go forward. Group vote 6. PUBLIC HEARING - TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP REVISED TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 9069 (MARTIN-McINTOSH) Located between Ming Avenue and White Lane, old River Road and Buena Vista. Contains one parcel on 191.28 acres, zoned R-1. Group vote 7. PUBLIC HEARING - ZONE CHANGE FILE 4975 -- Time set for public hearing on an application by JEFFREY G. WOOD to amend'the zoning boundaries of said prOperties from a P.C.D. (Planned Commercial Development) Zone to a Revised P.C.D. (Planned Commercial Development) Zone consisting of 256,000+/- square feet of retail sales area located at the north- east corner of Bernard Street and Fashion Place in the City of Bakersfield.
